Returns
You may return the product within 30 days of receiving your shipment. The requirements for a return are as follows:
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original packaging and tags intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
If the product is damaged or defective, please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, attach photos as evidence.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To qualify for a refund, the following requirements must be met:
If our product has obvious quality defects—such as loose or torn seams, unfinished edges, cut or loose elastic, or loose or frayed fasteners—Pielyra apologizes and will make every effort to resolve the issue. We will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the product.
If the return is for personal reasons, we offer two practical solutions:
If you cover the return shipping costs, we will issue a full refund.
We will issue a partial refund (20%–50%), and you may keep the product. Items sold during sales or promotional discount events are eligible for return.
Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund and automatically credit your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your card issuer's policy). If any changes occur regarding your account during this time, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible.

Step 2: Send the product back using your preferred carrier.
Step 3: We will issue a refund within 3–5 days of receiving the product. Pielyra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms of our return policy.

Cancellations are accepted only for full-priced items and within 60 minutes of placing the order.
Refunds to PayPal accounts: 5–7 business days

Customers may cancel orders prior to the shipping date, provided they do so within the cancellation window specified on the website.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should contact us and provide proof of non-receipt, including the tracking number, postal code, and any relevant correspondence. We will investigate the package's location.
We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless the product itself is defective.
If you believe there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve it.
If you received the wrong product, do not open the sealed packaging and contact us within 14 days. We will cover the associated costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
Any approved refund will be issued to your original credit card or PayPal account within 30 days.
